Increasing requirements from our Clients and an internal promotion means we are looking to hire a Resource Assistant to support our team of consultants in identifying and reaching out to candidates across EMEA. This role does not involve any cold calling and would give you the opportunity for promotion into a 360 recruiting role.

Responsibilities:
To provide a quality, proactive and timely support service to the Sales function of Alma Recruitment
The successful applicant will have a busy and varied role enabling the complete sales cycle. We are a people business and as such, the success of the team relies on our ability to not only resource the right candidates but to deliver a quality of service that promotes trust and confidence at every point of the process.
The role will include extensive communication with potential candidates via online networking platforms, maintaining accurate records within our specialist database, formatting candidate CV’s and ensuring that the Consultants have the most up to date market and client information through online research.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to make a real difference.
Requirements:
Experience of a customer engagement environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic, process driven and highly organised
Good team player
Experience in B2B Sales or Recruitment an advantage, but not essential
Good command / good working knowledge of French or German an advantage, but not essential
