Alma IT Sales Recruitment is a specialist recruitment company helping Enterprise Software companies hire Sales, Pre-Sales and other Key personnel. We help organisations from the largest Vendors to start-up businesses attract talent across EMEA.

Increasing requirements from our Clients and an internal promotion means we are looking to hire a Resource Assistant to support our team of consultants in identifying and reaching out to candidates across EMEA. This role does not involve any cold calling and would give you the opportunity for promotion into a 360 recruiting role.

Responsibilities:

To provide a quality, proactive and timely support service to the Sales function of Alma Recruitment
The successful applicant will have a busy and varied role enabling the complete sales cycle. We are a people business and as such, the success of the team relies on our ability to not only resource the right candidates but to deliver a quality of service that promotes trust and confidence at every point of the process.
The role will include extensive communication with potential candidates via online networking platforms, maintaining accurate records within our specialist database, formatting candidate CV’s and ensuring that the Consultants have the most up to date market and client information through online research.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to make a real difference.
Requirements:

Experience of a customer engagement environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic, process driven and highly organised
Good team player
Experience in B2B Sales or Recruitment an advantage, but not essential
Good command / good working knowledge of French or German an advantage, but not essential

The successful applicant will have a busy and varied role enabling the complete sales cycle. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 GCSEs with Maths and English Grade C or above and who is honest, intelligent and flexible with an enthusiastic approach. You must be a team player and enjoy working in a people industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is the ability to manage your time. We expect our staff to be accurate, polite and professional in all communications at all times.

The Opportunity

The Resourcer role is integral to our ability to deliver the highest level of service to our Clients and is an opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing success.

Your duties will be focussed on identifying and connecting with Candidates to fulfil our Clients’ recruitment needs. This will include: advertising, utilising networking sites and databases, telephone interviewing potential Candidates and ongoing Candidate relationship management

Skills and Experience Required:

We seek someone who is driven, intelligent and thrives on challenge. You should be naturally intuitive and motivated by helping people and also interested in securing a lucrative career path.

Our experience requirements are as follows:
* At least 2 years experience of telephone based sales or customer engagement is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A strong work ethic, process driven and highly organised
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong academics and a 2nd European language are an advantage but not essential.

The Opportunity

Alma have a strategic relationship with a rapidly growing provider in IT Networking Infrastructure & Cloud computing services, based in London and the Midlands. Alma provide in-house recruitment services to this Client, using our extensive experience and contacts to support their rapid expansion.

We are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to run this project.

Working either from home or from Alma’s Kent office and at least one day per month from each of the Client’s 3 offices (2 in London, 1 in the Midlands), you will work exclusively for our Client as their in-house Recruiter.

Your duties will be focussed on identifying and connecting with Candidates to fulfil our Clients’ recruitment needs. This will include: advertising, utilising networking sites and databases, interviewing potential Candidates, preparing job specs and job adverts, managing the full interview process.

Our Client has an excellent reputation and provides essential IT support and infrastructure and cutting edge Cloud solutions to Medium and Large enterprises in both the private and public sector. They enjoy an inclusive and open culture, which is both dynamic and family orientated.

You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with the CEO and HR Director of the Client and play a key role in the growth of the business.

Skills and Experience Required:
* At least 2 years’ experience within IT recruitment (technical or sales), either in house or agency based
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A strong work ethic, process driven and highly organised
* Ability to work under pressure
