Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse operatives / LLOP pickers - Night Shift for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton NN4 7BN
📌Duties & Responsibilities will include:
>Order picking using LLOP trucks
>Manual picking the mezz area when require
>General warehouse duties as required
>Heavy lifting and manual handling - MUST BE FIT WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION OF HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 25KG
>Maintain housekeeping duties at all times
>Good attention on details
>Working in a target-driven environment to achieve daily shift targets for quality, safety and output.
📌Requirements
>Previous LLOP experience is essential
>Must be comfortable with heavy lifting
>Good attendance
Pay Rate & Shift Pattern Night Shift.
First 12 weeks: £13.98 per hour - Average paid working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break per shift).
After 12 weeks: £15.56 per hour - Average paid working week will be 40 hours (30-minute paid break per shift).
Overtime is payable after 37.5 hours for the first 12 weeks and 40 hours after 12 weeks worked in one calendar week.
Overtime rate first 12 weeks £20.97 p/h, after 12 weeks £23.34 p/h
22:00 – 06:00 - Monday to Friday shift
