IMMEDIATE START!
📢Siamo Group is currently recruiting warehouse operative for order pickers/packers, loading/unloading containers to work at our prestigious client in DIRFT NN67GX.
⌚Shifts:
PM 06:00-14:00 shifts available
Any 5 out of 7 shifts / including weekends as a shift pattern every week, depends on business needs during a busy period time. (You must be flexible and be able to work on the weekend).
💰Pay Rate:
AM shift £13.62 per hour
(Overtime available depending on business needs)
📌Job description:
Picking orders efficiently and accurately
Loading/Unloading containers efficiently and accurately
Heavy lifting involved; ability to meet physical demands is essential
Working in a target-driven environment to achieve daily shift targets for quality and deadlines, safety and output.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Work as a team and with little supervision·
Performing final quality checks before products are sent to customers.
Line clear down and housekeeping
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Undertake a DBS check
Must be 18 years old

💰 Pay Rate & Shift Pattern Late Shift.
13:30 – 21:30 - Monday to Friday shift
First 12 weeks: £13.00 per hour - Average paid working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break per shift).
After 12 weeks: £14.47 per hour - Average paid working week will be 40 hours (30-minute paid break per shift).
Overtime is payable after 37.5 hours for the first 12 weeks and 40 hours after 12 weeks worked in one calendar week.
Overtime rate first 12 weeks £19.50 p/h, after 12 weeks £21.70 p/h
✔️Duties & Responsibilities will include:
