Position: Temporary Print Machine Operator (Flexographic Flexo)
Contract Length: Temporary (Approx. 3 months, with an immediate start)
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Machine Operator to join our team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start to hit the ground running.
Salary: Depending on experience
Working hours are 08:00 to 16:30 (Break at 12:30 - 13:30)

Role Purpose:
To produce blank labels and printed and tinted labels using the flexo-press. To inspect and remove any faults from the reels of printed material. Also to package products ready for dispatch.
Individual Responsibilities:
• Operate any of the company’s label presses including the flexo press.
• Operate the flexo press to carry out tints and one colour print jobs.
a) Mix inks to required Pantone.
b) Mount plates to required accuracy.
c) Operate video inspection camera to monitor quality.
d) Operate UV and IR drying systems
e) Adjust register on print jobs
f) Correct print quality issues
• Understand a job sheet.
• Pick the correct cutter and return to the correct place at the end of the job.
• Mount cutter onto magnetic cylinder and mount cylinder into label press.
• Load material onto label press, set web-guide and slitter knives.
• Set cutter pressure to correct level.
• When starting to run a job, make adjustments to ensure optimum running speed with minimum chance of labels coming off with the matrix and wrap arounds.
• Operate label press computer to set number of labels and mandrel tension etc.
• Produce blank labels or slit printed material according to job sheet.
• Watch for faults while running the label press and remove faults.
• Box rolls of labels according to job sheet.
• Mark up job sheet with box type used on new jobs.
• Ensure quantities of cores and boxes are correct on job sheet and mark up / correct where necessary.
• Enter production times on job sheet.
• Mark up job sheet with any errors found on job sheet.
• Carry out daily maintenance routines as define in the maintenance schedule.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Keep working area tidy.
• Report any faults or problems with equipment used on fault report forms and pass to production supervisor.

• Minimum of one year operating a flexo-press with a good standard of work

Job Purpose:
As a Yard Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the production factory and yard. You will be responsible for managing incoming raw materials, organising the yard layout, and ensuring that heavy, high-value stone goods are handled safely and efficiently to keep production moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
Moving stock, materials and products around the yard using appropriate equipment
Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any discrepancies or damages
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard and storage areas
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
Ensuring all materials are stored safely and correctly
Operating machinery and equipment where authorised and trained to do so
Supporting warehouse, production or installation teams when required
Following all company Health & Safety procedures and site rules

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and deeply conscientious Glazing & Fabrication Specialist to join a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly: Fabricate, weld, assemble, and hang a diverse portfolio of products, including PVC-U, Aluminium, Flush Sash, Bi-folds, and high-end timber alternatives using advanced technical machinery (e.g., Timberweld processes).
Glazing & Fitting: Correctly install hardware, gaskets, beads, and complex glazing units into frames according to exact architectural drawings and trade order specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous self-inspection of finished frames to ensure flawless aesthetics, structural tolerance, and mechanical functionality before passing to logistics.
Operational Dependability: Adhere strictly to production schedules, demonstrating consistent punctuality, minimal absenteeism, and a mature work ethic that supports team output.
Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation, operating heavy machinery and tools strictly in line with UK health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience working within a busy double-glazing manufacturing or commercial fabrication facility. Extensive knowledge of PVC-U or Aluminium profiling systems is essential.
Reliability Profile: A proven history of high reliability and consistent workplace attendance. You must possess a strong sense of personal accountability and a mature attitude toward production deadlines.
