I am thrilled to announce that has officially joined the Fawkes & Reece family, marking a major milestone for our company. After 11 years of building a strong team and reputation in the construction recruitment sector, this acquisition is a significant step forward for us and a great opportunity to enhance our services.
 
Our team is looking forward to this new chapter. With Fawkes & Reece’s vision and resources, we are confident that we can continue to grow and exceed expectations. I will be stepping into the role of Director for blue collar across London and the Midlands.

It’s great to participate in team building sessions and challenges outside of the office, as it sparks creativity and encourages everyone to explore unconventional ideas to find creative solutions to problems - skills definitely required in recruitment!

At Venture, we have a strong ethos of embracing individuality and working to our strengths. Our main focus is having a positive mindset whilst regularly encouraging and supporting one another.
