Can anyone genuinely recommend a decent CV sourcing company?
At this point, we are not looking for companies that simply log into job boards, run a random keyword search, download CVs, and send them across in bulk.
What we actually need are properly qualified, relevant, active candidates who are genuinely open to opportunities — not passive profiles sitting on databases from years ago or candidates who immediately say:
“I’m already in full-time employment and not interested”
“I’m not looking”
or candidates located 50+ miles away from the actual job location, despite the role being clearly location-sensitive.
Received over 20 CVs this morning, completely outside the required area, which honestly says a lot about the quality standards some sourcing companies operate with while simultaneously advertising “high-quality candidate delivery”.
A CV on a database alone is not a candidate.
Good sourcing should involve:
proper screening
location checks
availability confirmation
interest validation
relevant experience matching
