Has anyone here actually used VitalPBX, or knows someone who has?

I’m looking for genuine user experiences.

From my own experience, the biggest issue wasn’t the software itself but the people behind it. I found their support to be unprofessional, dismissive, and, at times, misleading. Instead of addressing concerns, they seemed more interested in arguing or becoming defensive when challenged. In my view, that attitude starts from the top and filters through the company.

Has anyone else had a similar experience, or has yours been different? I’m interested in hearing honest feedback before deciding whether it’s worth continuing with them.
