Time to Talk Day is a reminder that open, honest conversations can help break the stigma and support those who may be struggling.
If you notice someone who doesn’t seem themselves, take a moment to check in. A simple invitation for a coffee and a chat creates a safe space for them to share how they’re really feeling. And remember—asking "Are you okay?" once might get a reflexive response, but asking again can open the door to a more honest conversation.
Being there for someone, listening without judgment, and showing that you care could mean more than you know.
