Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm FLT Driver for a client located in Ferryhill. The role starts on a dayshift for day 1 induction before moving onto a 2-shift rotation.

Candidates must have previous experience driving forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and hold an accredited and in date Counterbalance FLT license. Responsible include moving and storing materials safely, loading and unloading goods, and supporting production and assembly teams with material handling.

Day Shift:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12.30pm.

2-Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday 2.30pm – 11pm and Friday 12.30pm – 7pm & Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and Friday 6am – 12.30pm.
Our client does reserve the right to move to 3-shifts, with consultation.

Hourly rates:
Day Shift: £12.71
2-Shift: £15.25

We’re looking for motivated Manufacturing Operatives, Production Operatives and Pallet Truck Drivers to join a growing team in Pickering.

This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with pay increases after probation and clear opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.

Shift Pattern:
12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-shift pattern. Candidates must be able to work all shifts.

Days: Wednesday to Friday
7:50am – 8:00pm
Then 2 rest days

Nights: Monday to Wednesday
7:50pm – 8:00am
Then 4 rest days

Split Shift: Monday & Tuesday – Days
Then 1 rest day
Thursday & Friday – Nights
Then 4 rest days

Pay Rates:
Manufacturing/Production: £12.75 per hour (weekly attendance bonus during probation). Increased pay to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks.
Overtime paid at £17.85 – £18.56 per hour.

Pallet Truck: £12.75 per hour (weekly attendance bonus during probation). Increased pay to £13.26 after 12 weeks. Overtime is paid at £17.85 - 18.56 per hour.

Transport provided from various pick-up points in Scarborough if required.
