The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of pallets and materials within the warehouse and production areas, as well as maintaining good housekeeping standards.

Candidates must hold an accredited and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Working Hours:
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am-1:30pm, Friday 6am-1pm
• Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:30pm-9pm, Friday 1pm-8pm
• Overtime may be available as required.

Pay Rate:
• £13.95 per hour
• Paid weekly

General Operator - Day Shift - £12.71 - operating saws and chop saws to cut materials and components to the required specifications, experience in manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.

Day Shift:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12.30pm.

2-Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday 2.30pm – 11pm and Friday 12.30pm – 7pm & Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and Friday 6am – 12.30pm.

Paint Plant General Operative - must have previous
experience working on a powder coat or wet paint plant

Robot Welder must have experience operating a robotic welding machine

FLT Driver - must hold an accredited and in-date Counterbalance FLT License

We’re looking for motivated Production Team Members, Forklift Counterbalance Drivers and Pallet Truck Operatives to join a growing team in Pickering.

This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with pay increases after probation and clear opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.

Shift Pattern:
12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-shift pattern. Candidates must be able to work all shifts.

Days: Wednesday to Friday
7:50am – 8:00pm
Then 2 rest days

Nights: Monday to Wednesday
7:50pm – 8:00am
Then 4 rest days

Split Shift: Monday & Tuesday – Days
Then 1 rest day
Thursday & Friday – Nights
Then 4 rest days

Pay Rates:
Production: £12.75 per hour (weekly attendance bonus during probation). Increased pay to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks.
Overtime paid at £17.75 – £18.56 per hour.

FLT: £13.30 per hour. Increased pay to £13.83 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime paid at £18.62 – £19.36 per hour.

Pallet Truck: £12.75 per hour (weekly attendance bonus during probation). Increased pay to £13.26 after 12 weeks. Overtime is paid at £17.85 - 18.56 per hour.

Transport provided from various pick-up points in Scarborough if required.
