Welcome to Mum's World Recruitment, a new business that will link with Mum's wishing to return to work and businesses who need staff either to cover sick/ holiday leave, busy periods or even to try out new staff and see if it's something both parties would like to continue with. I envision Mum's being able to work the hours that fit in with their home and family commitments. Please do get in touch with details about what availability you may have, what hours would suit you and what type of job you may be interested in. Part of our ethos is that Mum's can try something they may not have done before and even find something they love doing. We are hoping to really get off the ground around September time when we have settled our children into their new school year's. If you see yourself as having free time and wanting to get back into the workplace, but without overloading yourself with family/ home/ work commitments then this may work for you.
