RJS Resourcing is recruiting a Care Service Facilitator based in Exmouth.

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting the day-to-day running of the care service. You’ll be involved in:

• Creating and managing staff rotas
• Allocating shifts and covering rota gaps
• Supporting payroll, timesheets and financial administration
• Maintaining training, compliance and service records
• Liaising with care staff, service users, GPs, District Nurses and other professionals
• Helping resolve day-to-day queries and keeping communication flowing across the service

The role would suit someone with experience in care coordination, scheduling or healthcare administration, with strong organisation and communication skills. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, rather than essential.

📍 Exmouth
🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility as required
💷 £13.50 per hour

You’ll mainly be based in the Exmouth office, although there may occasionally be a need to support other office locations in line with business needs.

What do young people actually need from their first employer?
