Production Operatives assemble different components of our products together ready to be despatched to our customer.
They will assemble different components and weigh products to the correct specification. They will need to make sure they are following health and safety and food safety rules at all times.

Hungry for a new career?

We are now recruiting for a range of factory floor positions at RF Brookes (Rogerstone, NP10 9SA).

What are we recruiting for?

We are looking to recruit for the roles below:

• Production Operatives

• Hopper Operatives

• Machine Operatives

• Quality Auditors

• Senior Operatives

What are the hours?

We follow a 7-day fortnight shift pattern which is 7am to 6pm. We also have a night shift pattern which is either Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (11.30pm – 7am). We will explain more about the shift patterns at interview.

So, what are the requirements?

You don’t necessarily need experience in any of these roles or experience in a factory environment as all training is provided. Although it would be great if you have some experience to draw on such as working with food.

You must be able to handle working in a cold environment as we predominantly make chilled ready meals.
