Fixed term – 1 year initially

💷 £24,570 – £25,935 salary

In this role, you’ll support individuals with complex needs to achieve their personal goals and move towards employment. You’ll provide one-to-one support, primarily face-to-face, alongside telephone and video support across community settings.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience supporting people to achieve personal goals
✅ A self-motivated and proactive approach
✅ Good Office 365 skills
✅ Strong organisation and record-keeping skills
✅ Full clean driving licence and access to a car during the working day, with business-class insurance
