Care Workers/Team Leaders
Quality Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Workers and Team Leaders in the Cambridge, St Ives, Huntingdon, Chatteris, and Papworth (CB23) areas. We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions, including weekend shifts, to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.
Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to maintain their independence and well-being within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive physical, emotional, and social care to clients
• Assisting with personal care needs while upholding clients' privacy and dignity
• Promoting choice and independence for all individuals in our care
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary as we provide a comprehensive care certificate induction program, along with ongoing training and development opportunities. This includes support for NVQs and diplomas to help you build a rewarding career in the care sector.
Benefits:
• Competitive pay rates starting at £12.20/hour (Monday-Friday) and £12.70/hour (Saturday-Sunday)
• Mileage reimbursement of £0.30 per mile
