Permanent Children’s Home Care Roles – East Sussex

We are currently recruiting for permanent positions at two children’s homes in East Sussex.

Please note: neither position offers sponsorship.

Children’s Home 1 – St Leonards
💷 Pay from £16 per hour
🚗 Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle.

Children’s Home 2 – Seaford
💷 Pay from £14 per hour

Both roles require:

* Compassionate and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* The ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people.
* Previous care experience is beneficial, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.

The roles involve shift work, including weekends, bank holidays and, where required, sleep-in duties, so flexibility is essential.
