Due to recent , continued growth, My client a reputable recruitment consultancy are looking to recruit a number of experienced Temporary Consultants with Industrial sector experience to join their expanding teams in Southend SS1. Consultants must come with sector experience and a proven track record as a successful Temporaries Recruitment Consultant billing consecutively each month.
This is a full 360 role to include managing some accounts but with a main focus on sales and growth. Experience essential – this is a busy industrial team managing lower level workers. Eastern European language skills are beneficial for this role. This team has a sector manager, account manager and co-ordinator so the new hire will be recruiting, selling and managing new accounts.

Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to both temp and contract positions with client companies from experienced sectors. The role will involve building positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements. This role is working on a cold/warm desk with aim to build and develop a successful desk. This is a 360 role there successful consultants will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process from sales, candidate and client management and compliance.
Duties and responsibilities:-
Business Development & Sales building client base in industrialsector, bringing on new business creating own client base.
Working to KPI's
Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organisational goals
Identify prospective exceptional candidates using a variety of channels
Create a candidate persona for each open position
Conduct confidential interviews and assessing capabilities
Build strong long-term client relationships
Research and develop recruiting leads
Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Full Profit & Loss Responsibility.
•Developing and implementing business development strategies at local level.
Ideal Person Specification
Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Min 2 years exp who has placed temp and/or perm placements to clients in Industrial sector - with a proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant billing consecutively each month.
A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
You will have the drive and energy to build a desk from scratch, to take it to next level and be results driven
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Candidates must come from a sales & recruitment agency background - with desire to succeed in leading company.

Salary circa 23 – 25k depending on experience, 25 days holiday + banks + birthday and bonus scheme
