It is so important to help stroke survivors get back on their feet!

The current stroke strategy is coming to an end and the Government has said that they have no plans to introduce a new one. Right now the Government is not listening to stroke survivors who want and need a national stroke strategy. Without this, lives could be at risk.

We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants.
Experience in care is desired, but not essential, as training will be provided. A full, clean driving licence is desirable.
This role would entail:
-Helping clients with day to day activities such as dressing, toileting and bathing
-Administering medication when required
-Assisting with eating and drinking
-Caring for vulnerable people
-Enabling clients to go shopping and do other activities
We are looking for carers based in both Northumberland (Amble, Alnwick, Ashington), and in Newcastle centre.
