Assist solicitors and ensure SRA compliance

Private Client experience desirable (Wills/Probate/LPAs)

Key responsibilities would include:

⭐ Deliver excellent customer experience in line with the company's Quality Framework.

⭐ Act as the primary point of contact to their customers providing advice and guidance through a variety of channels; primarily telephone, but also including email, SMS text and social media.

⭐ Take ownership of all contacts, including enquiries and complaints, and use initiative to develop practical solutions to resolve the situation.

⭐ Input quality and accurate information into core IT systems, enabling operational colleagues to respond to the needs of the customer fully informed and in a timely fashion.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join one of our clients based in Newcastle 🙌

Main responsibilities would include:

✅To assist fee earners with the full range of admin tasks associated with family law matters, updating file records electronically (using CMS), creating electronic bundles and supporting the general administration within the team.

✅Assist fee earners to progress cases in a timely manner including completing Court documentation, liaising with Counsel’s Clerks and Chambers, being a point of contact for clients and third parties.

✅Assist with typing and preparation of documents in the Family Team and being an active member of the firm-wide support function.

✅Assist with other office duties, when required, such as reception, scanning, photocopying, call handling and post, for example.
