Intro Personnel is sweet 16!!! 🍰 🎈 👏

We are celebrating a milestone birthday today as Intro Personnel finally comes of age and reaches 16 years old! When Rob and Stu started the business from Stu’s dining room in 2010, we didn’t have any idea how things would pan out and whether we would have the journey that we have had! We would like to say a big thank you to every person that has supported us along the way – our families and friends, our brilliant loyal clients and all the amazing candidates that we have helped to find new jobs.

So what can we do now that we are 16?! We can vote, buy a lottery ticket, get married (!) drive a moped, get a passport and even change our names!!!! We’ll get a national insurance number and be entitled to a minimum wage. Those who know us well would probably say that we still have quite a bit of growing up to do though!!!

We are very proud to continue to be one of the area’s highest rated recruitment companies so we’ll raise a glass (a soft drink of course with only being 16!) to the next milestones to reach!!!

Edit - we do look a bit older than 16 in the photo but recruitment can be a tough job!!

Intro Personnel in the Toilet!!!

No, it’s not an article about Intro Personnel struggling – nothing could be further from the truth as this will be our most profitable year as a company. However, we should warn you that the following contains toilet related recruitment puns!!

As (very) long suffering Stoke City FC fans, we wanted to support the club but do something different to advertising in the matchday programme. Where could a captive audience see us in a clearly visible way, where they literally couldn’t avoid seeing us?!! The answer was simple – above a urinal!!!! So this season, we are pleased to say that we are advertising in the concourse toilets at the Bet365 stadium.
