Seasonal Event Security Managers x 2

Our management team is expanding. Love the buzz of live events? Thrive in fast-paced environments? We’re on the lookout for a Seasonal Event Security Manager to lead security operations across a mix of festivals, sporting events, and large-scale public gatherings.

These are hands-on roles where no two days are the same. You’ll be right at the heart of the action — leading teams, solving problems, and making sure everything runs safely and smoothly while keeping the atmosphere positive for everyone involved.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle to get between sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
📌 Taking or sharing the lead on all things security across multiple events
📌 Planning ahead — from risk assessments to full event security setups
📌 Building and managing your team (from recruitment to on-the-day leadership)
📌 Working closely with organisers, venues, and emergency services
📌 Keeping things running smoothly at entry points, in crowds, and behind the scenes
📌 Dealing with incidents quickly, calmly, and professionally
📌 Running team briefings and keeping communication clear on the ground
📌 Reviewing events afterwards and spotting ways to improve

What You Bring
✔️ Solid experience (3+ years) in event security management or similar
✔️Confidence managing large crowds and high-energy environments
✔️Strong leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of people
✔️Quick thinking and calm under pressure
✔️Great communication skills (you’re clear, confident, and approachable)
✔️Comfortable with basic IT systems (Excel, Word, apps, etc.)
✔️Flexibility — events don’t stick to 9–5!
✔️A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (or above)

Bonus Points If You Have
✅ Experience with festivals, concerts, or major sporting events
✅First Aid or emergency response training
✅Background in police, military, or emergency services
✅Experience with radios and incident reporting systems
✅IOSH or NEBOSH (nice to have, not essential)

Type: Temporary
Location: On-site (various event locations)
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
