We’re Hiring: Mechanical Assemblers/Production Operators – Lanarkshire

We’re working with a highly respected manufacturing company based in Coatbridge who are looking to add Mechanical Assemblers / Production Operators to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a worldwide reputation for excellence, offering a clean working environment, full training, and genuine long-term prospects.

The role starts on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
· Assembling and modifying mechanical parts on brand new engines
· Using hand tools to assemble products
· Working as part of a team in a production environment
· Full training provided

What we’re looking for:
· Ability to use hand tools
· Able to work well within a team environment
· Reliable with a good attitude to work

Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 6.30am–3.30pm
Fri: 6.30am–2.15pm

Pay:
£13.50 per hour (40 hours per week)
£20.25 per hour OT1 – during the week and first 4 hours on Saturday
£27.00 per hour OT2 – after first 4 hours on Saturday and all day Sunday
Weekly pay on a PAYE basis, with holiday pay and pension included.
Pension available from day one, with the company contributing 7.5% (Living Pension).

➡️ Save and send your CV as a PDF to keep your formatting neat and professional across all devices.

✔️ Keep your formatting consistent
➡️ Use the same fonts, spacing, and bullet points so your CV is easy to read.

✔️ Highlight achievements, not duties
➡️ Rather than listing job tasks, talk about what you achieved, especially results and measurable impact.
