Join Volvo Construction Equipment in Motherwell as an Assembler (12-Month FTC)

We’re hiring Assemblers on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a global brand while contributing to the production of world-class construction haulers.

At Volvo Construction Equipment, we've been building Rigid & Articulated Haulers for 75 year. Our machines help power infrastructure projects around the world — and we need hands-on, skilled individuals to help build the future.

What You Bring:
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy assembly (preferred)
- Good manual dexterity and confidence using tools
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work orders
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

We’re looking for a skilled Finals Assembler to join our team at Volvo Construction Equipment Haulers Ltd in Motherwell. You’ll carry out mechanical assembly, fault-finding, and repairs using diagnostic tools, ensuring our machines meet top quality and safety standards.

What you’ll need:
- Time-served or Modern Apprenticeship
- Strong mechanical skills and tool experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagnostic plans
- Fault-finding experience
