Celebrating Officer Leel Hetti Arachchige and his dedication! 🎉
Nearly four years ago, Leel joined us in London, setting a standard for excellence from the start. When he had to relocate to Bristol, our Operations team ensured he could continue his journey with us by finding him a new location to work his magic.
Today, we’re proud to see him in action at one of our Bristol stores, where he continues to deliver outstanding service for our clients. Job Title: Security Scheduler/Controller

We are currently looking for security scheduler/controller to join our expanding Team in Milton Keynes. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Shifts between Monday – Sunday.
Days and Nights.
Fulltime, Permanent.
Whilst experience of working in a security environment is preferred, full training will be provided.

Requirements:

· Experience in scheduling large employee groups using scheduling software, preferably in a security environment.

· Able to work in an unsupervised environment.

· Flexible working availability.

· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and organised.

· Ability to use own initiative to manage time effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Ability to handle busy switchboard.

· Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm.

· Work effectively and professionally with staff of all levels.

· Able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Have a pro-active, can-do attitude.

· Additional duties may vary depending on the business needs.

As a Scheduler, you will:

· Support the field operations team in delivering the overall service provision. (i.e., If you are finding difficulties in covering certain site, please ring the relevant operations manager)

· Assist with coordinating the workforce scheduling up to 700 field-based employees.

· Liaise with the control room operators to communicate schedules to all employees.

· Respond to telephone enquiries for schedule changes and updates.

· Prepare manpower availability records as required.

· Prepare reports using database information.

· To monitor CCTV Cameras and respond to incidents, always maintaining vigilance.

· Communicate / speak to customers, providing excellent customer service.

· To ensure that any anti-social behaviour/ incident is dealt with in an effective and timely manner and reported to the correct authorities (Police, etc.).
