As a Junior Video Producer at Global, you will support the production of high-quality video content across all of Global’s brands. Working closely with Producers and the Executive Producer, you will assist in creating engaging video content that aligns with our brands’ social output and meets our commercial objective. What You’ll Need

· Basic filming and camera operating techniques, with experience using the Sony range being beneficial.

· A solid understanding of the social media landscape, the need to adapt content per platform and the ability to plan shoots to cater for them.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of assisting with multiple projects simultaneously.

· A proactive attitude, professionalism, and courteousness towards colleagues and external partners.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve the marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Social Media Manager EMEA and work closely with all Creative, Marketing, Retail and Sales departments. Essential Functions

Main duties

Implement the social media strategy, working in collaboration with the Social Media Manager EMEA and the global social media teams to deliver the right message at the right time.
Assist the Social Media Manager EMEA with scheduling, tagging and publishing social media content to meet the needs of various stakeholders within the company, including owning the social media calendar for the European regional accounts
Capture and edit social-first video and photo content, including Reels and TikTok
Handle basic graphic design projects for social-first content
Work with our creative, Entertainment Relationship and retail teams to ensure we have industry leading content for our social channels
Work with internal and external photographers, videographers, copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite.

Job Description:

As a Night-Time TV Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our television production during the night shift. You will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the efficient running of our production studio and provide essential assistance to the production team.

Responsibilities:

1.Studio Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and production facilities throughout the night shift.

2. Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Assist with the setup, maintenance, and organization of production equipment, ensuring all gear is in working order for nightly shoots.

4. Support Production Crew: Provide general assistance to the production crew, including helping with lighting setups, moving equipment, and any other tasks required to facilitate smooth production operations.

7. Emergency Response: Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, including evacuations or other safety protocols.

8. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by production management to support the successful ex*****on of the night-time production schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Entry-level Position: No prior experience required, though experience in a production environment is advantageous.

The Role
This is an opportunity to work across the V&A’s social portfolio, producing content that engages and entertains audiences across Young V&A and V&A Masterbrand (South Kensington) accounts.

The Social Media Producer will be responsible for content creation (filming, editing, copywriting) and day to day management of the Young V&A’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & X) and content creation on select V&A Masterbrand exhibitions and displays for the Masterbrand social media channels.

This role requires both creative and strategic thinking. You will be researching, developing and delivering exciting content that drives organic Reach and engagement with our existing audiences. But you’ll also be working alongside the wider team to grow our Reach with our target audiences, evolve the social media strategy - specifically for Young V&A - and continue to deliver an audience-focused content offering for an under-35 audience across our digital and social channels.

Executives and senior management depend heavily on the CPS&O team to accurately measure the business performance and lead the strategic analysis that is used to inform important business decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for candidates that have worked in a highly-demanding environment in which complex modeling and analysis is performed

Passion for entertainment and avid watcher of content

Strong communication/presentation skills with track record of presenting complex analyses to executives/senior management clearly and concisely

Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

Strong initiative and ability to work independently; thrives in a fast-paced, always changing environment

Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status quo and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
