Stop wasting time with generic job ads!

If you want to attract top talent, you need to rethink your job adverts.

Here’s a quick 3-point plan to level up your advertising.

✅ Stop the Jargon: Replace vague terms (like 'synergy', 'fast paced' and 'rockstar') with clear, plain language describing the actual day-to-day responsibilities.

✅ Be Transparent on Salary: Candidates will skip past job ads without it. Including a salary range shows respect for their time and immediately filters out mismatched expectations.

✅ Sell the Culture, Not Just the Job: What's the impact they'll have? What makes your team unique? Talk about your mission and what it truly feels like to work there.
