The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. Responsibilities will include increasing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project opportunities, improving tender success rates, and contributing to the ongoing expansion of the company's Passive Fire and Facilities Management divisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of maintenance services through effective help-desk operations. Acting as a central point of contact for client requests, you will ensure that reactive maintenance works are logged, scheduled, and completed efficiently and within agreed service levels.
