🔹 Key responsibilities include:

• Supplier statement reconciliations

• Bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Managing Travel & Expense (T&E) claims

🔹 We’re looking for:
✅ Previous Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or transactional finance experience

✅ Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
✅ Understanding of PO, invoice and approval controls
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills

⭐ Sage 200 experience and/or experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Driving a 3.5-tonne van safely and responsibly
• Delivering chilled meat products, including pork, to around 20 customers per day
• Loading and unloading boxes weighing around 10kg, with some up to 20kg
• Monitoring and recording the temperature of the van to ensure food safety and hygiene
• Providing a professional, friendly and helpful service to customers
• Dealing with queries and reporting any issues promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness and condition of the van

Desirable Experience:
• Previous multi-drop delivery or customer-facing driving experience
• Experience delivering to food businesses such as trade customers, butcher shops and catering businesses
• Previous experience handling chilled or food products beneficial (training will be provided)
