"I chose automotive because I’ve always loved solving problems.

I grew up around cars and always found them intriguing. To me, a vehicle is like a massive puzzle - if one piece is wrong, it doesn’t work properly. I love figuring out how everything fits together.

When I first looked for an apprenticeship, I was sometimes told garages weren’t looking for female apprentices. Things are changing - but there’s still work to do.

That’s why I’m proud to be part of the next generation entering this industry.
If you enjoy practical work, problem-solving, technology, and thinking differently - automotive could be for you.

✍️ Sometimes it’s the little things that leave the biggest impression

We recently received a heartwarming message from someone who attended a British GT race at Donington Park a few years ago and picked up one of our Autotech Academy pens.

They've been using it ever since, and when it finally ran out of ink, they reached out to ask if they could get another!

Of course, we were more than happy to oblige.
It’s amazing how a small gesture can stick with someone for years.
