Your primary role will be to plan, conduct and execute marketing campaigns that produces high quality materials and delivers successful results for the business. You will work closely with our marketing managers to devise appropriate campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning these campaigns, sourcing appropriate target lists and producing the required marketing materials.

You will develop thorough marketing strategies that will create exposure, responses and lead which in turn will bring new sales into the business.

You will be given specific targets of touches, leads and new customers to achieve each month, your targets will be supported in the initial period of your employment whilst you get used to the products and customers.

You will be fully trained in our products, and in our procedures and systems

You will be given a company phone and laptop along with any other equipment need to carry out your job

Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customer.

Your calls will be primarily based on the back of marketing and lead generation campaigns. Your main requirement is to generate appointments or qualified leads (whichever is more applicable).
You will be responsible for logging all leads, nurturing leads, qualifying them and sending them onto our sales team as qualified leads or sales opportunities.

You will also be required to undertake cold calling, being comfortable at doing this is an absolute must.

We work under the brand of “Unity” and provide a variety of financial services to a number of businesses in the Teesside area. Services include accounts preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, treasury management, tax services and credit control. We look after their accounts and make sure everything is done on time and done correctly.

We are growing, hardworking and committed team and we’re always looking to develop. We are looking for a like-minded person to join our team.

What we want you to do

This is a mid-level role – so you will have had some bookkeeping/ accounting/ finance experience. We want to help you get to the next level in your career. In this role we want you to do the following: -
• Manage sales & purchase ledgers for our customers.
• Undertake debt chasing processes –following our set procedures.
• Creating and logging invoicing
• Providing payroll support – including calculating and logging payroll data for our customers
• We will help you where you need it but we are looking for proactive people who can make decisions and get things done.

Must haves
• Must be computer literate and confident using the Microsoft office packages - especially Excel. Sage 50 experience would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided..
• Good communication skills and telephone manner are also essential. You must be comfortable with making debt chasing phone calls
• BA Hons in Accounting and Finance or similar level qualification

Person should be prepared to work in a busy office working on administration tasks, paperwork, recording of information on paperwork and on Information software, Information Technology software packages, filing, answering the telephone, welcoming and greeting customers with beverages, dealing with internal and external customers.
This role will suit someone who is prepared to learn new tasks to develop their career, be open to technology, someone who is friendly, confident, someone who can build up a rapport with customers hardworking, punctual, able to work to complete task to a high percentage of success rate, open to office environment and flexible.
This role is for someone with good at data input and amendment, decent IT knowledge, able to follow systems, processes and plans. However full training will be given so anyone wanting to apply without experience will be welcomed.

You will be working in Customer Services and Communication and undertaking activities of administration tasks, recording information on paperwork and IT, IT inputting, software application, administration, and other duties.
You will also be asked to do other administration tasks at the request of the business and respective management team, this will include tasks such as ensuring that letters etc are printed out and inserted into envelopes and posting them out, contacting leads and requesting they fill in questionnaires and taking inbound calls and dealing with them appropriately.

Person should have an excellent telephone manner, friendly, confident, someone who can build up a rapport with customers or potential customer, hardworking, punctual, able to work towards targets, able to work in a high-pressure environment, flexible, good at data input and amendment, decent IT knowledge, able to follow systems, processes and plans.
You will be required to manage self and personal skills improve your own learning and performance and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate’s duties include answering phones, general admin duties, helping with deliveries in and out, making tea or coffee for guest and senior staff, keeping the office and working area clean and tidy.
• The candidate will be required to answer phones and take messages for managers, and other employees in the office.
• Responding to queries and booking appointments
The candidate must also be prepared to carry out any other duties that are required to help in the general every day running of the company, this can include helping with admin, clerical and warehousing duties as and when required.
