☕🍰 On Friday, our amazing Hartlepool team came together to host a fantastic Macmillan Coffee Morning! 💚

From games and friendly competition to plenty of laughs and delicious treats, it was a wonderful morning enjoyed by all.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, baked, volunteered, and supported the event. Your generosity helped us raise money and awareness for Macmillan Cancer Support, making a real difference to those affected by cancer 🫶

A huge congratulations to our fantastic team members Hayley and Alayna, who have recently achieved their Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification! 👏📚

The IAG qualification equips professionals with the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality information, advice and guidance, helping individuals make informed decisions about employment, learning and personal development. It focuses on effective communication, understanding individual needs, signposting to appropriate services, and supporting people to achieve their goals 🤝

At Triage, we're passionate about investing in our people and believe that continuous learning and development is key to delivering the best possible support to the communities we serve. Tomorrow, some of our amazing colleagues from across Tees Valley and the North East will be taking on the challenge of climbing Helvellyn to raise money for the incredible Alice House Hospice.

This is no small feat - Helvellyn is one of England's highest and most iconic mountains, and our team will be pushing themselves both physically and mentally to reach the summit, all in support of a charity that provides outstanding care, support and comfort to individuals and families when they need it most 🫶

We are incredibly proud of everyone taking part. Their determination, teamwork and commitment to making a difference reflects the values we see every day across our organisation.

🌟 Success Story: Violet's Journey Back to Work 🌟

"Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take part in this and believing in me. Your belief, encouragement, patience and support have changed my life in ways I cannot fully express." ❤️

Following an accident in 2020, Violet was unable to continue working and, over time, her mental health deteriorated, making it increasingly difficult to return to employment.

Through the Violet worked closely with her Advisor, Stephanie, to create a personalised support plan focused on improving her mental health, wellbeing, confidence and mindset. Together, they identified her strengths, goals and the steps needed to help her move forward.

As part of her journey, Violet completed a Principles of Cleaning and COSHH course with our Skills Team, gaining valuable knowledge and qualifications to support her employment aspirations.

With continued support from our Employer Services Team, Violet successfully secured a role in the care sector in July 2026. 🎉

Violet said: "Because of your support, I have been able to return to work and rebuild my life. I am proud to be working once again. I feel happy, valued and hopeful for the future."

Stories like Violet's remind us why personalised employment support is so important. Congratulations, Violet, on this incredible achievement. We wish you every success in your new role! 💙

On 25 September, a team from Triage Tees Valley will be climbing Helvellyn in support of Alice House Hospice.

It’s set to be an incredible challenge, with the team taking on the stunning (and tough!) Helvellyn route to raise vital funds for our hospice.

We’re so grateful to Triage for choosing to support Alice House Hospice and taking on this challenge. We’ll be cheering them on every step of the way! 💪

💖 Our Hartlepool team recently raised an amazing £174 for Breast Cancer Awareness, a charity that is very close to our hearts.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise and take part in our office fundraiser, whether through baking, donating food, joining in the games, or simply showing their support.

🎉 A Huge Success Across our Middlesbrough & Hartlepool offices 🎉

Our Employer Services Team, Vicky, Sam and Dan, recently hosted a series of engagement sessions across Middlesbrough and Hartlepool for participants on the , and what a brilliant turnout it was!

✅ 256 attendees joined us across all sessions!
