🎉 A Huge Success Across our Middlesbrough & Hartlepool offices 🎉

Our Employer Services Team, Vicky, Sam and Dan, recently hosted a series of engagement sessions across Middlesbrough and Hartlepool for participants on the , and what a brilliant turnout it was!

✅ 256 attendees joined us across all sessions!

The sessions provided a fantastic opportunity for participants to access valuable support, including:

🏔️💜 TRIAGE TAKES ON HELVELLYN FOR ALICE HOUSE HOSPICE 💜🏔️

On a mission to reach the summit and make a difference! 🚶‍♀️⛰️

Members of the Triage Teesvalley & Northeast teams are taking on the challenge of climbing Helvellyn to raise funds for the incredible Alice House Hospice, a local charity providing vital care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones across Hartlepool, Stockton, East Durham and surrounding areas. 💜

As part of this challenge, some of our colleagues are using their Carnegie Days - Two fully paid days each year dedicated to giving back to local communities and causes that matter most to them 🫶

At Triage, two of our core values are: Do Something Amazing Every Day & Thrive Together 🤝

This challenge reflects both values perfectly. While climbing one of England's most iconic peaks will test us physically, it is also an opportunity to come together as a team and support a charity that makes an incredible difference to local families during some of life's toughest moments.

Teamwork, laughter and a little friendly competition! 🌟

When our Employment Advisors on the aren't busy , we make sure to take some time to come together as a team, relax and have fun.

Earlier this month, the team headed to a local park for an afternoon of sports and team-building activities. From rounders and sack races to a fiercely contested tug of war, it was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, supporting one another and creating lasting memories.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, encouragement and plenty of team spirit, with colleagues truly embodying the Triage values by thriving together and acting with kindness.

A great day enjoyed by all, and a reminder of the importance of taking time to connect, celebrate teamwork and have fun together! 💙
