No matter what our customers’ goals are, Working Links offers the support they need to be able to move from social exclusion to social inclusion. We work with people from many diverse backgrounds who are facing a wide range of problems including health, criminality and language difficulties. Every individual, family or community and business who we work with is given tailored support to help them thrive. The services we offer are designed to: • promote and develop the integration of employment and skills • tackle barriers to social mobility • help employers increase their productivity and competitiveness. We offer these services across the UK and our regional teams have an in-depth knowledge of the local areas they work in and a passion for making a difference there.
