We are looking for an employment law and HR expert to join our team and to work alongside the Managing Director/Lead Consultant in advising, guiding and supporting our large client base of predominantly small to medium sized employers.

This is an exciting new role which is essential to our continued growth, as more and more customers hear about our services and wish to join us. Our ethos is always to meet and exceed our clients’ service expectations and to genuinely help their businesses through our practical, hands-on approach to their HR and employment law needs. We develop warm, engaging and respectful relationships with our clients, to ensure they feel fully supported and to ensure we take on board their wishes and their approach to risk, whenever we try to find a solution to their particular challenges.

We get results – whether that is putting together an easy to follow but water-tight contract of employment, helping to manage a difficult employee, dealing with a TUPE or redundancy project, or just providing reassurance to an employer who is struggling to juggle all the balls. We focus on the client and on achieving the best outcome for them.

Our clients love us – some have been with us since 2007 when the business was set up! We frequently receive very positive feedback and gratitude from our clients, which makes for a rewarding work experience.

Employers - Our latest newsletter is an update on timescales for implementation of the various parts of the Employment Rights Bill, as recently announced by the Government. There are some hugely significant changes in employment law on the way, but some of the most important won't apply now until 2027.

Well i did it! 26.2 miles walking through London through the night. Wow that was loooooong…! 😂 achy feet & legs, no sleep, but for an amazing cause - I have raised £622.50 for Cancer Research. Well tonight is the night! Excited to be around London for 26.2 miles through the night for Cancer Research, starting at 7.45pm and just walking until we complete it! Then the challenge will be staying awake on the train home 😂

Lindsey is walking a marathon/26 miles around London through the night on Saturday 23rd September as part of the Shine Walk - raising much needed money for Cancer Research.
