☔ After weeks of heatwaves… the NRG umbrellas finally made an appearance yesterday.

The team have been out and about visiting clients and for the first time in what feels like forever, the high-vis vests were accompanied by our company umbrellas rather than sunglasses.

A change in the weather certainly didn't dampen the day though.

We had some really productive conversations about current recruitment needs, what's happening in the market, and what the months ahead are looking like for our clients.

There's no substitute for getting out, meeting people face-to-face and taking the time to really understand what's happening within their businesses.

A big thank you to everyone who gave us their time yesterday. It was great to catch up, hear what's happening on the ground and have some genuinely useful conversations.
