LOCAL JOBS FOR LOCAL PEOPLE
Mid Wales Recruitment Agency specialising in job vacancies in the Welshpool, Newtown, Oswestry and surrounding areas. We provide both temporary and permanent, quality skilled and unskilled candidates for a range of employment opportunities including hospitality, sales, clerical, industrial, commercial, technical, warehouse and distribution throughout Shropshire and Mid-Wales. Our mission is to find positive, long-term temporary or permanent solutions for our client companies, whilst striving to offer competitive rates. We value the workforce we represent and work closely with employers to find the best match for our candidates’ skills, experience and employment needs. Permanent Recruitment Solutions is led by manager Mike Clare who has over 13 years’ experience working in big-name industry recruitment. With our office being locally based in Meifod, we are ideally situated as we have a superior knowledge of the local area, which enables us to meet and often exceed the individual needs and requirements of all of our clients; enabling us to deliver a service with a personal touch. Our selective, honest recruitment process means employers have confidence that we’ll always deliver the best candidates for the work available. All candidates have been through our detailed interview process and full reference checks are carried out to ensure that the candidate is a suitable match for the role. Following our comprehensive recruitment process, we also offer an innovative induction scheme to ensure our candidates always feel well-informed and prepared for their new roles. Permanent Recruitment Solutions arrange to meet with each candidate individually to discuss all aspects of their new job. The candidates are then provided with a personalised handbook detailing the job specification and requirements, personal appearance and dress-code standards, employment expectations, as well as information about payment procedures and our absence policy. Our rates can be discussed and an estimate given on all positions available.
