We are Looking for an experienced General Manager with a proven record of success who has a strong CV with similar experiences. Based in Leicester.

This is a busy site with a great reputation!!

You will need a strong knowledge of all aspects of the business, including the kitchen, bar and restaurant! A strong knowledge of the cellar, cocktails, world beers and of course wine.
