The Best Connection is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a growing team in Sutton in Ashfield! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment with a busy period ahead.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production activities
Support the Production Manager with team performance and output
Motivate and manage a small team to hit targets
Maintain quality standards and ensure processes are followed
Oversee workflow and meet deadlines efficiently

✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Production Team Leader/Supervisor role
Textiles and/or sampling experience essential
Ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment
Strong communication and team-building skills
Hands-on, proactive mindset with problem-solving ability

⏰ Working Hours
Monday – Thursday
6:30am – 4:30pm

💰 Pay
Negotiable, depending on experience

Join our friendly team helping to personalise school uniforms – you’ll be sewing name tags onto everything from blazers to socks 👕🧦 (yes, even socks!). Full training is provided, so whether you’re a sewing pro or a total beginner, we’ve got you covered 💪

🪡 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Sewing name tags onto school uniforms
✅ Making sure everything is neat, secure & top quality
✅ Double-checking details for accuracy

⏰ Working Hours:
Training: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00

Once trained:
🗓️ Any 5 days out of 7 (rota given 4 weeks in advance)

The Best Connection are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across a busy industrial site. The role involves cleaning production areas, machinery, and communal spaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, floors, and surfaces.
Empty bins and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Operate cleaning machinery (e.g. floor scrubbers, pressure washers).
Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, including restrooms, break rooms, and offices.

Training 8am-12pm on 11th/12th June
Then following this the hours are : 10am- 3pm
Pay: £12.71
