Scintilla Scintilla offers support to organisations and individuals covering organisational development, workforce development, Apprenticeships and training.

Supporting young people to gain confidence and interview skills to get on to a traineeship and/ or an apprenticeship. One to one support, interview preparation, confidence building and much more. Established in 2006, Scintilla is the trading subsidiary of Mansfield Community & Voluntary Service (CVS). Officially launched in 2013 as a company in its own right, Scintilla continues to work within the

ethos of the Community & Voluntary Sector and will assist with the future sustainability of Mansfield CVS. Based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Scintilla can offer its services to local organisations and individuals, and more widely to those across the East Midlands.
