Here at Leader Industrial we are looking for Production Operatives for one of our clients in Pinxton, NG16.

Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of various plastic products including things for the home and the office.

The role:

Removing the finished product from the moulds
Trim the products using provided PPE and safety knives
Painting/waxing of finished material
Wrapping and loading the product onto pallets ready for despatch
Any successful applicant must be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern consisting of the below hours (Monday – Friday):

06.00-14.00
14.00-22.00
22.00-06.00

This role is ideal if you’re looking for something that consists of light work with an environment that cultivates hard work but at a pace that is comfortable. If you are just looking for a change in career it’s the perfect role to help develop your skills within an injection moulding environment as constant support and training is given.

If you have experience machine minding, product trimming (trimming knives) quality checking and packing then it would be advantageous although is not essential.

Regular overtime is available and is paid at an agreed overtime rate.

This position can lead to a permanent role for the right applicant.
