🚨 Residential Childcare Workers – EBD – Stoke-on-Trent 🚨

We are looking for experienced Residential Childcare Workers with direct experience supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

🔹 Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (flexible depending on experience & qualifications)
🔹 Full-time permanent
🔹 Sleep-ins included
🔹 Therapeutic, trauma-informed environment
🔹 Supportive Registered Manager

To be considered you must have:

✔ Experience in an Ofsted-registered children’s residential home
âś” Confidence managing challenging behaviours
âś” Understanding of trauma-informed practice
âś” Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
âś” Ability to work shifts & sleep-ins
