PROMAN are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators/Minders on behalf of our client, who is a leading manufacturer of hygiene, baby and beauty products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, growing business offering long-term work and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

🔵Operate and mind production machinery safely and efficiently
🔵Carry out hourly quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
🔵Restart production lines following faults or stoppages
🔵Support the Line Leader with product changeovers
🔵Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times

Shift Pattern & Pay

This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:

🟠Week 1: Mon–Wed, 7am–7pm (Days)
🟠Week 2: Mon–Thu, 7pm–7am (Nights)
🟠Week 3: Thu–Fri, 7pm–7am (Nights)

You must be able to work all shifts listed above.

Pay Rates:

🟠Days: £13.45 per hour
🟠Nights: £16.45 per hour
🟠Overtime: Paid after completing 36.5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

🔵Previous machine operating or production experience (preferred but not essential)
🔵Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
