One of HR Recruitment Firm is looking for experienced Projects Head in Lahore to plan and supervise teams of construction, electrical, projects, interior designing and engineering procurement.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Identify and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Check and approve electrical and construction BOQ including specifications and scope of work.
• Supervise the work of onsite/offsite teams.
• Evaluate progress and preparing detailed reports.
Requirements
• B.Sc. Civil + MBA (Preferred) and Project Management certification will be an advantage.
• Outstanding Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 15 Years of proven experience in retail/textile companies.
