The Thriving Together Award celebrates support workers who consistently go above and beyond, making a real difference to the people they support and to their colleagues.
James has become a valued member of the Thriving team, providing dedicated support to one of our service users. Over the past few months, he has shown an exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality care.
From supporting new team members through shadow shifts to stepping in at short notice to cover shifts, James has consistently put the needs of the people we support first. His willingness to help has ensured continuity of care for a service user who requires 24-hour support, while also giving confidence and guidance to new colleagues joining the team.
