You’ll be supporting a young man with an acquired brain injury who is football mad (Newcastle United through and through), loves gaming, pool, and darts. If you enjoy football banter, FIFA tournaments, or a game of pool, this could be the perfect fit.

Are you a compassionate, experienced support worker looking to truly make a difference in someone’s life?

We're looking for a bubbly, engaging Male Support Worker to support a 19-year-old male client with an acquired brain injury in Darlington.

You’ll be working 1:1, supporting him with rehabilitation as well as providing social and vocational support.

🕒 Sociable hours – 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
🚗 Must drive & hold a UK licence
🩺 Minimum 12 months’ complex care experience required

We are looking for a Support Worker in the Liverpool area.

This is a temp-to-perm position supporting an individual living independently with an acquired brain injury.

📍 Location: Liverpool
💷 Pay Rate: £14.07 per hour
🕐 Hours: 10 hours per week (Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am–3pm)

The role involves providing tailored support to promote independent living, including assistance with personal care when required, and facilitating engagement in hobbies and activities such as gaming, DJing, and community outings.

Key Requirements:

💼 Previous experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries is essential.
🚗 A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to enable community access.
🙂 A strong belief that disability should never be a barrier to living a fulfilling, varied life.

This year, we've embraced the spirit of giving in a unique way! 🎁

For the second year in a row, our team has proudly joined Manchester Mind's Festive Gift Aid initiative instead of participating in Secret Santa. 🎄✨ We all took part in collecting and wrapping over 30 gifts for those in need.

We hope that these will be not only tangible items but will somehow also convey a message of hope and kindness, reminding individuals who may be facing challenges that they are cherished and appreciated this winter.

Keegs has been an absolute success story. He joined us from a professional cricket background and had never even considered working in recruitment before.
