Axamy Axamy is an Education Agency who places inspirational staff in schools across the UK. We exist to help schools find support staff who do more than tick boxes.

We work in partnership with schools to help save them Time and Money, whilst providing them with high quality staff to having a greater impact within the classroom. At Axamy, we’re not just filling vacancies, we’re building brighter futures. Founded by someone who grew up in care and experienced education from the margins, Axamy was created to do things differently. They turn up, stand strong, and make a lasting difference in the lives of students. Our mission is simple:
✅ Reduce recruitment costs for schools
✅ Place passionate, skilled professionals where they’re needed most
✅ Make sure every child has someone by their side who truly cares

Whether you're a school looking for exceptional Teaching Assistants, SEND support, behaviour mentors, or general classroom staff or a candidate ready to make an impact, we're here to help. We work with schools across the UK, but our roots (and our heart) are in Liverpool. Real people. Real impact. Recruitment with purpose.
