After research, Jamaal found a consistent view that the current job search and matching process was very frustrating, where candidates and employers would go through multiple rounds of interviews before realizing the company or job role wasn't a great fit. His mission is to build Jobseekrs® into the world’s most millennial-centric company, where millennials can be inspired, discover and matched with suitable opportunities and great companies. To achieve this, Jamaal aims to create the fastest, video interactive, job –matching & culture-fit career solution, for millennials worldwide. Jobseekrs® was created by millennials for millennials but is scalable for the market willing to embrace technology and save time and costs. Unify Energy is a spin-out from well-known Property firm Bruntwood. In an attempt to tackle its own problem with a new model and technology solution Bruntwood has been incubating its own Energy business for the past 5 years. In October 2020 we re-branded that business and set it up to act as its own stand-alone division to help other landlords and agents tackle the 'forgotten' Energy customers within multi-tenanted buildings.
