* Live-In Head Chef position near St Austell, offering a package of up to £45,000. The hotel is looking to move in an exciting new direction and is seeking a chef who shares their passion for fresh, locally sourced produce.
* Live-In Chef de Partie opportunity near Newquay within a 2 Rosette standard kitchen. The team is entering its busy season and is looking for a chef who enjoys working with quality local ingredients. Please note that a driving licence and own transport are required as the accommodation is located away from the hotel.
