Telesales Executive - £18,000 (OTE Uncapped) - Salford Quays
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing company. We have a brand new, custom designed office based in Salford Quays and are looking for creative and hardworking individuals to take an active role in contributing towards driving our business forward.
This is an outbound, cold calling role helping customers to claim for mis-sold Package Bank Accounts and Payment Protection Insurance. This is NOT a lead generation role, as we pride ourselves on a very professional approach and you will be responsible for having a detailed conversation regarding the claims process, educating your customers and chasing your own customers to return their paperwork.
The right applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers over the phone and to build lasting and rewarding relationships.
Excellent training and support will be given, although you will ideally have at least 6 months of telephone based experience already, from a job area such as sales, customer service or marketing etc.
An excellent work ethic, professional attitude and performance driven mentality is essential in order to succeed in this role.
