This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre. We have X2 sales position on the Broadband team and X2 sales positions on the Energy team. Our client offers many different services (Broadband, Energy, Gas, Mobile, Insurance, Payment Services, Water) however many of their customers only take 1 or 2 services through them. This is where you will come in; you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to cross-sell additional products (either broadband or energy).
Your responsibilities:
- Drive the sales through cross-selling and upselling
- Building relationships with SME owners
- Working towards KPI’s
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Confident in building relationships with business owners
You will ideally:
- Have a proven background in sales, account management and target-based roles
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, confident working with senior leaders and internal teams
- Be forward-thinking and ambitious
- Experience working with Microsoft office, CRMs, and the ability to adapt to new platforms
- Be charismatic and be able to confidently work with clients
- A consultative, customer led approach – a person that relishes engaging with others
- Education led selling, you will have excellent product knowledge in order to maximise sales opportunities

The Role:
