A new study lists a host of problems with the recruitment process in the UK, and some highlights are:

❌ 54% of hiring managers don’t account for physical access or mobility barriers during the hiring process
❌ 50% received no training on inclusive hiring before interviewing applicants
❌ Despite this, 92% felt they had rigorous processes in place to manage workplace diversity
