For anyone based in Manchester, HSBC bank in the city centre - St Anne's square, is looking for advisors. From speaking to staff I understand they work 4 weekdays and Saturdays on a rota. Hello and welcome!

My name is Emilia and I set up this page to address a paradox that the UK is currently experiencing.
There seem to be many job openings out there. There seem to be many people looking for work. But somehow, vacancies remain open for months, while potential candidates wait and wait to hear back from companies, recruiters - and never do.

So, there is clearly a problem out there.

Perhaps we should all start with acknowledging that most jobs can be done by most people; all it would take is a some training.

This page is for UK-based businesses, no matter how large or small, that have a vacancy to fill and who are willing to look at a candidate's potential rather than just a CV. If you are open to employing people with little or no experience and training them on the job, then you have come to the right place.

The page is also for anyone looking for work, but especially for people with little or no experience, people needing to find a job quickly or people looking to rejoin the workforce after time away from work.

How it works:

Employers - I will post your job ad on this page, free of charge. If you would like me to promote your post, this is also possible and it will incur a one-off fee of £2 (in addition to your advertising budget). I can also translate any job postings from English into Polish and / or Bulgarian for one-off fee of £2 per posting. Payment by bank transfer. Please send me a Facebook or a WhatsApp message with the content of your ad.

I will also post your vacancy to relevant groups and communities on Facebook., making it easier for you to reach your potential new employees.

Please follow this template when writing your ad:

- Job title and type (permanent, temporary, seasonal)
- Hourly rate / Annual salary - please be as specific as possible. With annual salaries, please avoid wide ranges.
- If an hourly paid position, please indicate the minimum weekly hours you can guarantee.
- Working pattern : Mon-Fri, evenings, weekends
- Location and transport links (near a train station, on-site parking, etc.)
- A brief description of duties.
- Contact person - name, email, telephone number.
