Customer Service Advisors
🏡WORKING FROM HOME🏡

Start Date: Monday 17th May
Pay Rate: £8.91 per hour paid weekly
Hours/Days: Monday to Sunday, shifts are between 7am-11pm.
You will work 5 out of 7 days.

📣You will work rotating shifts between these hours so must be fully flexible to work a variety of hours.

📣You will need a laptop / PC with Windows 10 - Macbooks/ Chromebooks can't be used. The system will need to be Windows 10

The role:
Handling inbound calls from the general public regarding the Vaccine Passport.
Resolving queries to a high standard.
Providing excellent customer service on all calls.
Queries will be regarding the vaccination programme/travel potential.

Cordant People Exeter are working with a local client to recruit for Account Managers in Honiton.

Pay - £20,000 per annum (with a very realistic OTE of £25,000+)

Location - Honiton

Hours - Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30, Fridays 08:30 – 15:00

You will be responsible for purchasing large volumes of electronic components from worldwide clients, and reselling to existing buyers.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. The successful applicants will also possess excellent organisational, time management and inter-personnel skills, and be able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

Skills:
A fluent second language would be very useful in the role, but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous sales experience desirable

Hours - Day shifts (9am - 5pm) and evening shifts (6pm - finish) available.
