Referral Scheme
We have a great tool at our disposal and it is important that we are using it to the best of our ability. If you think about your own network of friends and family and how you talk about brands and experiences and how this can affect businesses, it is so important that we are making sure that we are candidate focused throughout the whole process.
Once we have built a great relationship with our candidates and shown them how quick and easy the joining process can be and how easy it can be for them to pick up shifts with our fulfilment team it is vital that we tap into their network of colleagues. It’s quick and easy wins for us!
The referral scheme has been set so our referrers are able to receive a pay out quicker than other companies and allows us to reach out to our referrers more often.
Out scheme is:
The referrer will receive £50 in Love2shop vouchers, after their candidate has completed the compliance and worked 20 hours.
After the candidate has then completed a full 100 hours the referrer will receive a further £250 in Love2shop vouchers.
