The role holder will work as part of the Supported Accommodation team to providing support to learning disabled adults living in the community either on a permanent basis or with the Short Breaks service.

The role holder will assist support workers to provide practical and emotional support to customers that will promote independence and will assist and support other involved parties, to ensure positive outcomes for all customers

Job Requirements

· 12 months paid experience in the UK

· DBS essential (but can be applied for at point of registration)

· Valid visas and/or right to work in the United Kingdom

· A genuine, compassionate and caring nature is required, mirroring our companies’ ethics & values

· Good written and communication skills with fluency in English. Other languages would be advantageous
