Refuse / Waste Collection Driver
Pay Rate: £15.65 per hour
Hours: Tues – Fri, 06.30am – 16.15pm.
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
Immediate Start - Induction to be confirmed
>>The Role
You will safely operate refuse collection vehicles (RVC) and support the collection, transportation, and disposal of household and commercial waste across designated routes.
>>Requirements:
>Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
>Valid CPC qualification
>Valid Digital Tachograph card
>Minimum 6 months’ HGV driving experience
>Previous refuse collection or RCV experience desirable
>Good understanding of road safety and transport regulations
>Physically fit and willing to assist with loading duties if required
>Strong communication and teamwork skills
>Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions
>Validated RCV experience is advantageous, but not essential — training can be provided for the right candidate.

Please note, only candidates with valid licences and relevant driving experience will be considered. All driving experience must be clearly detailed on your CV.

Successful applicants will be required to provide: Two work references covering the last 2 years. Proof of relevant licences and qualifications.

We’re looking for a hardworking Seasonal Gardener to join a busy grounds maintenance team. Duties include grass cutting, hedge trimming, flower bed maintenance, sports pitch marking and general horticultural work.

✅ Grounds maintenance experience preferred
✅ Driving licence desirable
✅ PA1/PA6 & Quad certificates advantageous
